Function:The machine is used for cutting slabs and squaring block.
Brief introduction of KXJ2200C wire saw machine:
1,The machine adopts stable structure, including top beam, two vertical columns, rectangular box, hydraulic take-up block, two large flywheels. On the left side is a large drive flywheel and hydraulic tensioner. The hydraulic tensioner controls the tension of the diamond wire or loosens it while maintaining the tension of the diamond wire. The right side controls the flywheel and the main motor, the driven flywheel is controlled by the main motor. The linear speed of the diamond wire ranges from 0-40m / s and is controlled by an inverter. The machine can cut various types of granite and marble.
2.To reduce the wear of the diamond wire and maintain the stability of the diamond wire, the machine is equipped with four guide wheels (diameter: 300mm). the guide wheels are protected by rubber (polyurethane) rollers, which can be easily replaced after wear. The guide wheel rotates according to the cutting shape, driven by a stepper motor.
3.According to the size of the stone,we equip with an electric system for bringing closer the guide wheels that is to adjust the cutting width as stone size, reducing the arch value when cutting with diamond wire . 4.The table of trolley is 2000 x 3000 mm and has a maximum capacity of 50 Ton. The rotation is manual 360º ,controled by common motor.the table will rotate when you press the control button,it will stop when you loosen the control button.it cannot automatically rotate exact angle,need to check the angle by yourseft.

6. The machine has an automatic alarm that is triggered when the diamond wire breaks.
7.We have equipped the diamond wire cooling system. It monitors the water pressure inside the machine and automatically stops the machine if there is no water in it or insufficient water flow. This is to protect the diamond wire.
8.the up and down screws are covered with a short platic pipe to hold the grease and be oiled. protected with dust cover against dust and water.
