Function:The machine is mainly used for processing the profile of marble,sandstone and granite. it not only can process the arc slabs of different specifications, solid columns, hollow columns, large linear stone and English letter but also can process stone into polygon and the figure of Buddha,special-shaped square column and so on for special-3D Shapes stone.
Brief introduction of SHXJ-LTY-1500 wire saw machine:
1.the frame of the machine can move front and back,controled by servo motor.Moving on special guide rails to cut several blocks.Save much time when placing your blocks.
The X-axis movement of the machine can be realized: it can adopts the precision rack and gear meshing transmission to drive the left and right columns to move synchronously, and the worktable move with a screw rod through the nut.
2.The machine adopts stable structure, including top beam, two vertical columns, rectangular box, hydraulic take-up block, two large flywheels. On the left side is a large drive flywheel and hydraulic tensioner. The hydraulic tensioner controls the tension of the diamond wire or loosens it while maintaining the tension of the diamond wire. The right side controls the flywheel and the main motor, the driven flywheel is controlled by the main motor. The linear speed of the diamond wire ranges from 0-40m / s and is controlled by an inverter. The machine can cut various types of granite and marble.
3.the machine is equiped with a trolley for dressing four side of block.The table of trolley is 2000 x 3000 mm and has a maximum capacity of 50 Ton. The rotation is manual 360º ,controled by common motor.the table will rotate when you press the control button,it will stop when you loosen the control button.it cannot automatically rotate exact angle,need to check the angle by yourseft. (optional:automatic rotation)
4.To reduce the wear of the diamond wire and maintain the stability of the diamond wire, the machine are equiped with four guide wheels (Diameter: 200mm). guide wheels are protected by rubber liners which can be easily changed once they are worn out.
5. According to the size of the stone,we equip with an electric system for bringing closer the guide wheels that is to adjust the cutting width as stone size, reducing the arch value when cutting with diamond wire .
6. The machine will stop automatically and display failures on the screen if wire broken.
7.the up and down screws are covered with a short platic pipe to hold the grease and be oiled. protected with dust cover against dust and water.
8.We have equipped the diamond wire cooling system. It monitors the water pressure inside the machine and automatically stops the machine if there is no water in it or insufficient water flow. This is to protect the diamond wire.
